We have a wealth of knowledge and experience in shipping goods to Europe, North and South America, the Middle East, Asia and Australia, as well as working with our international clients on bespoke projects.
We will do everything in our power to ensure your piece of mind in this process, and make ourselves readily available to communicate with you when you feel the need: Either by phone, email, or Skype.
Right up to the moment that your package is delivered to your door, we will keep you informed of progress as often as necessary, ensuring your collectible will arrive in time for that special event. The key word when it comes to purchasing jewellery online is trust: We stand by this with every one of our products, as well as our service.
Standard Shipping is free with any order.
EU Priority Shipping £35 (free on orders over £1000) Delivery time 1 – 2 days

Orders must be placed and funds cleared before 2pm to guarantee same day processing.
All deliveries require a signature, so please be sure there will be somebody at the address you provide to receive the parcel.Please refer to General Delivery Information for any further questions.
We are happy to deal with international returns and our international clients have the same rights to our Total Satisfaction policy as our home clients.
We offer free returns both at home and internationally – subject to certain conditions.

International Bespoke Projects:
We have extensive experience of working with our international clients at a bespoke level. We regularly work on bespoke projects across the globe. We strongly believe that distance does not need to effect our personal service in any way.
The Bespoke process can work in many different ways, as every part of the Hannah Martin brand embraces tradition and technology. Guests are always welcomed to our Central London showroom and design studio for their first consultation and ongoing development. But we equally understand that our clients are from across the globe, so this entire process can just as easily take place virtually; using a combination of telephone, email and Skype.
