UNITED KINGDOM ORDERS:

Orders must be placed by 2pm for delivery to be guaranteed for next working day.
All deliveries require a signature, so please be sure there will be somebody at the address you provide to receive the parcel.
Orders made before 2pm on a Friday will be delivered on Saturday providing there is someone available to sign for the parcel. Orders made over a weekend will be processed on Monday. All deliveries are subject t product availability.

If there is something you MUST have, and you MUST have it for tonight – we completely understand. We offer a same day delivery service within London
This service operates between 9.30am – 7.30pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 5.30pm on Saturday. This service is subject to product availability. Please note orders must be received and payment cleared by 2pm on weekdays or 10am on Saturdays.
HANNAH MARTIN LONDON will contact you before dispatching your order to arrange a 2-hour delivery slot.
This service is only available for addresses within the M25. If you live outside this area, we may still be able to help – please email us with your enquiry on clientdesk@hannahmartinlondon.com.

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery Address:
Please note that for security reasons, due to the high value of the products we sell, we will only be able to deliver to the address registered on the card you pay with.
Multiple Item Orders:
Shipping costs remain the same for multiple items despatched at the same time to the same delivery address.
If one item you require is out of stock, we will despatch available items immediately. Items on order will then be shipped at a later date free of charge.
Items ordered together but for delivery to different addresses will be treated as separate orders and charged accordingly.
All services are subject to product availability.
Goods will only be despatched once payment has been approved.
All parcels will need to be signed for in person so please state delivery address as an address where you will be present at the time of delivery (home or work). If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
